Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BookBoom mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by BookBoom (bookboom.app) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at lovenovel.top@gmail.com
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

BookBoom offers both free content and premium content accessible via coin purchases or subscriptions ("Paid Content"). By purchasing Paid Content:

• You authorize us (or the applicable app store) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Coins and virtual currency have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store through which you made your purchase.

4. Offline Download

The Service allows you to download certain content for offline reading ("Downloaded Content"). Downloaded Content:

• Is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only
• May only be accessed through the BookBoom app
• May expire or become unavailable if your subscription lapses or the content is removed from the Service
• Must not be extracted, copied, or distributed outside of the app

5. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including stories, text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to BookBoom and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content solely for your personal, non-commercial reading enjoyment through the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access content from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent any technical measures used to protect content

7. User-Generated Content

If the Service allows you to post comments, reviews, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant BookBoom a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOOKBOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
